Privacy

Short version: I keep your email so I can send you the Road to 12 updates and the program. I don't sell it and I don't share it with anyone except the tools that make this work.

Who's responsible

What I collect

• Your email, when you sign up.
• Your Instagram username and which reel you came from, if you got here through the link I sent you after you commented. It's part of that link.
• Whether you open emails and click links, which my email tool records by default.
• Your Instagram username, comment and the time, when you comment a keyword under my reels and my auto-reply sends you the link.

Why

To send you the weekly update and the program you asked for (your consent, which you confirm by clicking the link in the first email). And to see which reels actually bring people in, so I make more of what works (my legitimate interest).

Who else touches it

• Kit (kit.com) stores the list and sends the emails. They're in the US and covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Cloudflare hosts this site.
• Google (Google Sheets) is where I keep my overview of sign-ups.
• Meta, because the comment and the auto-reply happen on Instagram.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. After that I delete your details within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask me what I have about you, fix it, delete it, or take it with you. Just email me. If you think I'm handling your data wrong, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Czechia that's ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
